JH Iditarod Dog Sled Tours is the original dog sled company in Jackson Hole. It was co-founded by eight-time Iditarod veteran Frank Teasley, a professional dog musher for 23 years. Full day dog sledding trips start at 8 a.m. and return to town around 4:30 p.m. Each tour travels through the Gros Ventre wilderness and includes lunch, hot soups, and beverages. Continental Divide Dog Sled Adventures

The dog sled teams in Jackson Hole are comprised of authentic Alaskan sled dog racers, a hybrid breed of Eskimo sled dogs and elite Northern Huskies. Prior to your excursion, your guide will teach you about the breed and help you learn basic commands. We guarantee you’ll love these well-trained, affectionate animals.
